Repeat Offender

Apparently this has become my favorite shirt. Worn twice in one week...dont judge me!

Coming from a fun day out with the girl at Patterson Park's "Concert in the Park" series. This weeks performer was a reggae group Strykers Posse. It was a great way to get out of the house, the weather was perfect, and it was a truly enjoyable experience!

If you get a chance you should check out the rest of the concert series sponsored by the Friends of Patterson Park

Remixed Maxi

Headed out to meet  the girls at Baltimore's newest Comedy Club/ Poetry Lounge Kleosh. Quite a combination right? Well 20 something entrepreneur/poet Josh Austin and his comedian counterpart Kleon da Comedian have brought something new to Baltimore. Looking for something to do other than standard clubbing experience this is the place. Poetry night every Tuesday, various comedy shows and happy hours throughout the week, drink specials, and Hot Topic Mondays 1818 N Charles St. Owning a club is quite a feat for such young men but with the right amount of ambition anything is possible! Me and the gals attended a comedy night a couple Fridays ago and Kleon along with a couple other visiting comics showed us a good time.

Wearing my mom's favorite maxi (which is now MY favorite maxi) coupled with a pair of hot pants, I was ready to hit the town. I got the idea from friend and fellow blogger Charlotte. Follow her on Instagram for some inspiring looks @ Ceelizzylee_x3. I completed the look with some thrifted white oxfords that remind me of Pop's "tic tac shoes" from the show The Wayans Brothers. lol Im also wearing another of Wet n Wild's lip colors in "Don't Blink Pink" told y'all I was gonna get all the colors ;)

Wet n Wild

This wet n wild lippy is easily becoming my favorite thing. Not to mention the awesome flawsome price of $1.99! Whaaaat? Hollaaaa!!! lol that was my reaction once I found out about these little gems from various beauty bloggers and instagram. This nude color is called Megalast "Just Peachy" and perfect for an everyday makeup look. I wore it twice this weekend since I bougt it on Friday and I think I'm gonna he'd to Walgreens right now and purchase the rest of the collection!

Hangin with the homies at Latino Fest 2012 in Patterson Park. Super fun, super yummy food, super cute latin lovers!

Farmer Joe-Ann

This outfit makes me feel like I'm about to toss a bale of hay. My DIY cut-offs make a re-appearance (one of many for the summer), and an oversized striped shirt I thrifted about a year ago and wore for the first time on this day. The hat came in handy as well, since I'm not a fan of my wash-n-gos since my hair cut. With my bathing suit underneath, we were on the way to Tiki Barge in Baltimore. A cool spot on the harbor, with a pool and a bar. While I was eating my chicken fingers I got the strange feeling that we were floating away, and then I remembered, oh yeah this is an actual BARGE! lol

My Wet n Wild lippy making another appearance as well...

Lady Bug

New favorite red lippy! MAC Cherry lip pencil under MAC Lady Bug lipstick. I'm going gaga for this color combo! It was gifted to me by my bestie two weeks ago and I've been wanting to wear it everyday since, even tho there's been no occasion to haha. I wore it to grab sushi with a friend at Aloha Sushi in downtown Batimore on Charles St at Preston. I really liked Aloha, there wasn't all the fake trendiness and pretentiousness which I usually feel across the street at XS. My lip color lasted the entire night through all the sushi, sashimi and blotting with my napkin. Thumbs up!

Rainbow Connection

Testing out my Elvis Presley's while I learned to drive a stick shift. After totaled my little red coupe I've decided to get a MINI Cooper. Since most of them are manual transmissions guess I gotta learn how to drive one. I hear its so much fun. So far its just been so confusing...Then off to dinner at Jack's Bistro in Canton. They had macaroni and cheese and chocolate all in one dish! Amazeballs!!

The Theather, The Theater. What Happened to the Theater?

A line from one of my favorite movies "White Christmas" starring Danny Kay, Bing Crosby, and Rosemary Clooney.

On my way to see the Lion King at The Hippodrome in Baltimore. I must say it was one of the most amazing shows I've ever seen. The puppetry was masterful. I felt like I was a child watching the actors with my mouth open the entire time, screaming "wow did you see that?!"  Uhhh yeah, I'm a 7 years old in a 25yr old's body. Who cares?

This necklace came allll the way from Ghana, West Africa. I brought it back from my study abroad trip in 2006.

I scored this vintage rabbit fur coat from Dubois Textiles in Baltimore earlier this year. This was my first time stepping out in it.
